Barrel Assemblies

NVM supply a range of Barrel Assemblies under the Bolton Brady brand.

Barrel Assemblies can be supplied as Manual or Electrical Operation.

Manual Barrel Assemblies are available to suit:

• Push Up Barrels
• Spring Assisted Barrels
• Manual Chain Operated Barrels

Electrical Operated Barrel Assemblies are available in the following drives:

• Single Phase Tubular Motor
• Single & 3 Phase In-Board Motors
• 3 Phase Flange Motors
• 3 Phase Direct Drive Motors

All Barrel Assemblies are supplied complete with Dummy End & Rivnuts and where applicable, Motor.

Tubes are available in Octagonal 60mm & 70mm, Deprat, and Round Tube from 4" x 16swg to 6" 155mm & 157mm Ø

Drive Ends can be prepped with the following options:

• Shaft & Discs for Direct Drives
• Locking Discs for In-Line & Fire Shutter Motors
• Platewheels or Drive Gears for Flange Motors
• Idlers & Milled shafts to suit Support Cups for Push Up Barrels and Manual Chain Operated Barrels 

NVM Offer a range of Dummy Ends to suit customers own specification

• Welded Shaft & Discs to suit Bearings & Safety Brakes
• Lost Bobbins with variabel Shaft
• Idlers

Optional Extra's are available including:

• Endplates in Plain, Pre-Drilled, fitted with Support cups, or Bearings, or fitted with Shub Shaft for Chain Ops.
• Inertia Safety Brakes
• Chainwheels & Chain Gear

Barrel Assemblies can be supplied on a next day service for tubes up to 6000mm in length.
