High Speed Doors

High Speed Doors, also known as Rapid Doors are an ideal solution for buildings where frequent access is required whilst minimising Heat Loss and contamination from Dust Particles. Rapid Doors can be Rapid Roll Up or Fold Up depending on the size of the opening and the effects of weather. Larger openings or buildings that are prone to bad weather and exposed to High Winds would use a High Speed Fold Up Door that gives greater strength through reinforcing, whilst Internal openings, Smaller openings or Buildings less prone to High Winds a Rapid Roll Up Door would be more suitable.

All our High Speed Doors are made to order to your specification, however we can offer advice and Technical Support to ensure you get the right door for the right application.

Doors can be supplied with either a Modular or Full Curtain and can be fitted with Standard Vision Panels, Oversized Vision Panels or Full Window Sections for Modular Curtains.

Curtains can be Standard 930gm / M^2, Heavy Duty 1300gm / M² or Insulated, and supplied in a range of RAL colours. Vision Panels can be Clear PVC, Black PVC or in Micromesh and can be Screen Printed with your company logo or any other text.

Steelwork can also be supplied as Plain Galvanised, Stainless Steel or PPC coated to match the Curtain .

NVM can also offer the Incold Resettable Curtain System on both Zip and Glide Rapid Roll Up Doors. This unique product enables the customer to automatically reset the curtain if it is pulled out of the guides through impact. The curtain is designed to give way reducing damage and call outs.

A wide range of Access & Control Devices are available including Induction Loops, Sensors, Pull Cords and Push Buttons. Ancillary products such as Flashing Lights, Sounders, Traffic Lights, Emergency Over-rides and Release Systems are available.

A wide range of Safety Edges are also available including Sequential Light Barriers, Electro-Mechanical and Wireless Edges, supported with Photocells.

NVM can offer an Installation Service using highly qualified Incold Trained Engineers. All Engineers possess CSCS, IPAF ECS Certificates and produce On-Site Risk Assessments and Method Statements for every installation.

In addition to supplying High Speed Doors, NVM also carry a comprehensive range of spare parts in stock. Stock includes Safety Edge Material, and Alu Bar, Zipper Sets, Motors & Control Panels, Transmissoin Drive, Belt, Cable and a range of Access Control and Safety Control.
