NVM believe that supporting our customers with after sales service and parts is as important, if not more, as the initial sale and this philosophy is no more prevelant than with our High Speed Doors. NVM stock a comprehensive range of Incold High Speed Door parts for both Roll Up and Fold Up doors including Motors, Control Panels, Peripherals and Consumables. Made to order Frame Legs, Headers and Replacement Curtains can be supplied on a short lead time.

In addition to Spare Parts and Replacements, NVM offer indepth technical telephone support to all out customers where a simple phone call is often all it takes to get the end user up and running. For thiose more difficult senarios, NVM Support has teams of fully qualified, highly traiined High Speed Door Engineers who are available on Call Out, who can attend site at a competitive rate.

All our On-Site Lead Engineers are qualified Electrical Engineers, whilst all our Engineers are either ECS or CSCS and IPAF accredited.
