High Speed Roll Up Doors are ideal for Smaller Openings and Buildings that are exposed not to the elements, in particularly high winds.
North Valley Metal offer a range of High Quality European Made Rapid Roll Up Doors to suit openings up to 6 metres wide and 7 metres high.

Incold Inox & Full Inox are Rapid Roll Up Doors specifically designed for the Food industry and where an aggressicve climate requires higher protection.
Manufactured from AISI 316 Stainless Steel / AISI 304 and Food Safe Curtains which guarantee optimum compliance and makes the Inox & Full Inox two the most advanced Rapid Food Doors on the market.

Incold Zip offers functionality, versatility, and is ideal for higher traffic areas both for Internal or External use. The Zip Rapid Roll Door is supplied with a full Self-Repairing Curtain and available as Full Curtain, Emergency Exit Curtain or with Vision Panel options, and will accept a full array of Access and Safety Control devices. The Zip Single Phase 220/240v Motor will guarantee up to 600 cycles per day*, and is available as 3phase 380/415v.

Incold Glide offers functionality, flexibility, and, with its slimline aspect, allows Internal installation where space is a premium. Glide is available with a Self-Repairing Curtain in either Modular or Full Curtain options. VP's or full clear window sections are available and all Zip Glide Roll Up Doors will accept a full array of Access and Safety Control devices. The GlideSingle Phase 220/240v  motor is side hung and will guarantee up to 300 cycles per day*, although 3ph 380/415v options are available.

Incold Freezer is designed specifically for Cold Room, and Freezer Room applications upto -25ºc. Canopies and Curtains are insulated whislt the Single Phase 220/240v Motor is specially treated to protect against sub-zero temperatures. A soft Rubber Safety Edge is built in whilst Heated Floor Mats and Integral Heater Elements in the AISI 304 Aluminium Columns and Header ensure the door will contunue to function under extreme cold. The special designed curtain material minimises condensation build up whilst the Control Panel offers Temperature Sensors for more responsive control,

• All Safety Light Barriers supplied as standard and conform to EN12445
• Zip Roll Up Doors are Class 3 Wind Rated and Certified to EN 12424 (upto 120km/hr)

• Doors are supplied with Sequential Light Barrier and Encoder as Standard
• Power is Single Phase 220/240v as Standard (3ph options available)
• Curtains available in 930gm,/m² as standard. (1200gm/m² and Insulated Options available)
• Available in up to 15 Standard RAL / BS colours. (Insualted in 4 RAL Colours as standard)
• Columns supplied in PPC RAL 9010 White as Standard on ZIP & Glide
• Manual Override and Emergency Release on all Doors.  

A wide range of Access & Control Devices are available including Induction Loops, Sensors, Pull Cords and Push Buttons. Ancillary products such as Flashing Lights, Sounders, Traffic Lights, Emergency Over-rides and Release Systems are available.

A wide range of Safety Edges are available to compliment the Sequential Light Barriers including  Electro-Mechanical and Wireless Edges and Photocells.
