Chain Guides

Chain Guides are available from stock to suit all Chain Wheel sizes from 4" Ø - 12" Ø.

All NVM Chainguides are manufactured from Steel and where applicable are are welded. Finishes are either Galvanised, Zinc Plated or Self-Colour depending on the Chainguide.

NVM also supply Chainwheel Fixing Brackets in Cast or Pressed Steel. Cast Brackets are in a Silver Primer Painted finish whilst our Pressed Steel Brackets are Zinc Plated.

Chainguides are designed to ensure the Haul Chain does not 'leap' out of the Chain Wheel. This enables the operator to pull on the haul the chain in a continuous loop, increasing the speed at which the Roller Shutter Door can be opened. It is important that the right Chain Guide is paired to the right Chain Wheel.
