Inner Blocks

Inner Blocks are designed to be fitted inside the Barrel to offer additional support to the shaft or to act as the fixed element of a Dummy End Set. Inner Blocks would generally be used in Industrial Doors, Roller Shutter Doors and Garage Doors where support for the Shaft is required, although Push Up Barrels quite often use an Inner Block instead of an End Block.

North Valley Metal stock and supply a full range of Inner Blocks to suit Tube sizes from 4" Ø - 8" Ø and in a range of materials from Cast Iron to Plastic. Most Inner Blocks have one or two Inner Bosses to accept Torsion Springs and can be supplied in a range of bore sizes and types including Plain Bore, Clear Bore or fitted with an Oilite Bush. Inner blocks have a Solid Rim.
