NVM offer a range of own branded Direct Drive Motors with Electronic / Digital Limits

All 5000 Series Direct Drives are assembled here in the UK and fitted with German Encoders for reliability and accuracy. Motors are then pre-wired and fully tested before shipping. 350nm & 500nm Direct Drives have and output shaft size of 40mm, with Keyway, and operate at 8rpm - 12rpm whilst our 150nm Direct Drive has a 1" Keywayed Hollow Shaft and output speed of 24rpm, making it ideal for either Sectional Doors or, when fitted with our own NDF100 Shaft Adaptor, Industrial Roller Shutters with a lift capacity of up to 600nm.

Direct Drive Operators can be supplied as Operator only, or pre-wired to our NDC500 Control Panel with cabling up to 11 Metres and pre-fitted with 5 pin 3ph Plug.

Complete Installation Kits including Endplates, Bearings, Footmount, Shafts, Discs and Fixings are also available to suit Tube Sizes from 97mm to 157mm
