North Valley Metal stock a comprehensive range of Transmission Drive components such as Steel Drive Sprockets, Platewheels and Drive Chain for the Industrial Door and Industrial Roller Shutter market.

Drive Sprockets are available in a range of Pitch sizes including 1/2", 3/8" 5/8" and 3/4" Pitch from stock whilst any other Pitch size can be supplied to order. Drive Sprockets are pre-machined to suit all Motor Drive Shafts including Industrial Operators, Direct Drive Motors and Direct Drive Operators, Flange Motors for Industrial Roller Shutters and Fire Shutter Motors including In-Line Flange Mounted Motors for Roller Shutter Doors.

In addtion to Drive Sprockets, North Valley Metal carry an extensive range of Steel Platewheels from 45 Teeth to 72 Teeth, mostly available from stock. Platewheels can be supplied from stock, pre-machined to suit Drive End Blocks and Bearing Blocks for Roller Shutter Doors and Industrial Doors, and to suit tube sizes from 4" Ø - 10" Ø.
Machined Platewheels can supplied in large bore sizes to suit Bearing Block and End Block spigots and with either 3 or 4 Holes for fixing to the Bearing Block or End Block.

NVM can also supply any Platewheel sizes to customers own specifications on a quick turnaround time for emergency breakdowns and repairs.

All NVM Drive Sprockets and Plate Wheels are manufactured to British Standards and are available in various Tooth widths from 3/16" to 7.04mm and are compatible with all Transmission Drive Chain.
