Incold Glide K-IX K Series High Speed Roll Up Door is latest in the Glide Range. Designed to operate Internally, the door can function in temperatures ranging from +40ºc to +1ºc at speeds of upto 2.5m/s and ideal for harsh environments and where protection from particle contamination and water resistance is essential. The Door is fitted with Glide Brushes offering a near slinet and low maintenenance solution for Laborotories, Kitchens, Food Preparation Area, Food Stoarge & Distribution and any area where quiet operation is required. The foldable Breakout Shoes minimise potential Safety Edge damage and Call Outs. The K-IX version offers 304 12/10 Stainless Steel Columns, Header and Canopy whilst the Drive has a Cataphoeisis coating.

As with all K Series Rapid Roll Up Door the Glide K-IX is fitted with an integral Coaxial 0.25w Single Phase Drive, housed in the Winding Tube. which allow installation into corridoors and any other position where space is limited. the increased opening speed of 2.5 metres per second is ideal for supermarkets and retail distrubution sites where quiet, speedy access to warehousing / stock rooms is a priority. With opening and closing nose levels of >68.9dB it is one of the quietest Rapid Roll Up on the market,and ideal for areas in proximity to the general public.
