Technical Details:

• Material: Grey Cast Iron
• Machined Faced: One side, Both Sides, Not Faced either side
• Machined Outside Ø: From 3" Ø - 8" Ø Tube and all wall sizes.
• Machined Bore: To suit all Shaft sizes, and Recessed to suit Bearings as required.
• Bore Option: Plain Bore, Clear Bore, Bushed, Bearing
• Drilled & Tapped: As required to suit Platewheels or Drive Gears.
• Additional Boss: As required, as separate Boss, or welded and machined to Steel Block

• NVM can manufacture Steel Bearing Blocks to any specification including Bright Mild, Black Mild or speciality steels such as EN24, EN8 etc.
• NVM can also supply call off orders for Steel Blocks in larger quantities which in turn reduces the manufacturing costs.
